Silayukti Temple
Silayukti Temple is one of the most important historical sites at Padangbai, East Bali. This 11th century Hindu temple sits on a headland just northeast of the main bay of Padangbai that is home to the landmark ferry port. A path leads you up a grassy hill where you will also find two other temples: Pura Tanjungsari and Pura Telaga Mas. A visit here can be a good break from snorkelling and diving around the area, granting a great sightseeing opportunity with several temples in one scenic spot.
Biaha
Gili Biaha is a rock island with a rounded cap of grass. Located about four kilometers Northeast of Tepekong, we need 45 minutes to reach the dive site by local boat from Padang Bai beach. Diving in Gili Biaha is an amazing experience. Diving Gili Biaha we can choose between two very good dive sites. The names of these top dive sites are Shark Cave and Biaha Slope. Normally, these two dive sites are combined in one dive, but only if currents allow for it. Going down, the shark cave is located at about 10 meters depth.
Pura Penataran Padang Bai
This beautiful temple is located in the village of Ped on the main road along the north coast between Toyapakeh and Sampalan. The temple is very famous in all corners of Bali and the three Nusa islands. The temple is majestic at 50 meters from the beach.
