Terms & Conditions

1. Rooms:

  • Room all location is based on the selected package option.
  • Single, double, or triple sharing as per availability and select package details.

     

2. Cancellation:

  • Advance payments are only adjustable with travel vouchers in case of cancellations for any reason by traveller.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of travel: 100% non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued as travel vouchers and not in cash.

     

3. Changes:

  • Hotel accommodations may be substituted with properties of a similar category in unforeseen circumstances.
  • Package prices are subject to changes due to increases in fuel prices, domestic taxes, or other government-imposed charges.
  • Mango Man Tours reserves the right to change or cancel tours without prior notice due to operational, safety, or external issues.

     

4. Group Packages:

  • Standard meals will be provided as per the itinerary.
  • Children’s meals and bed arrangements will align with the discounted price as applicable.
  • Room configurations for group travellers will be managed based on group dynamics and package terms.

5. Liability:

  • Mango Man Tours is not responsible for delays, roadblocks, political issues, natural calamities, or changes in airline schedules or policies.
  • Unused portions of the tour, including meals or activities, are non-refundable.
  • The company holds no liability for personal disputes or conflicts among travellers, including roommates.
  • Mango Man Tours is not responsible for additional travel arrangements that may be affected by tour changes or cancellations.

     

6. Travel Documents & Compliance:

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification and other required travel documents.
  • Compliance with local regulations and policies is mandatory during the tour.

     

7. Health & Safety:

  • Travelers are responsible for their personal health and safety during the tour.
  • It is recommended that travellers carry basic medical kits and inform the company of any pre-existing medical conditions.

     

8. Payment Terms:

• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour, as per the agreed payment schedule.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without refund.
